Suitable for acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding such as duodenal ulcers, gastric ulcers, acute gastric mucosal lesions, and complex gastric ulcers.

Usage and dosage
Intravenous infusion. Take 40-80mg once, 1-2 times a day. Before use, inject 10ml of 0.9% sodium chloride injection into a small bottle of freeze-dried powder. Dilute the dissolved solution with 100-250ml of 0.9% sodium chloride injection for intravenous infusion. Intravenous infusion is required to be completed within 15-60 minutes.
This product must be used up within 4 hours after dissolution and dilution. It is forbidden to dissolve and dilute it with other solvents or drugs.
Adverse reactions
Occasional symptoms include dizziness, insomnia, drowsiness, nausea, diarrhea, constipation, rash, muscle pain, etc. When used in high doses, arrhythmia, elevated transaminase levels, changes in renal function, and decreased granulocytes may occur.

1. Prohibited for individuals allergic to this product;
2. Pregnant and lactating women are prohibited from using it.
matters needing attention
1. This product has a strong inhibitory effect on gastric acid secretion and lasts for a long time, so it is not advisable to take other antacids or acid suppressants at the same time when using this product. To prevent excessive acid suppression, it is not recommended to use high doses for a long time in general digestive ulcers and other diseases (except for Zollinger Ellison syndrome).
2. Patients with impaired renal function do not need to adjust the dosage; Patients with impaired liver function need to reduce their dosage as appropriate.
3. When treating ulcers, gastric cancer should be excluded before using this product to avoid delaying diagnosis and treatment.
Medication for pregnant and lactating women
Pregnant and lactating women are prohibited from using it.
Children's medication
There is currently no experience with intravenous use of this product in children.
Elderly medication
The dosage of medication for the elderly does not need to be adjusted.
Drug interactions
This product has a low affinity for liver cytochrome P450 enzymes and has a phase II metabolic pathway, therefore it interacts less with other drugs metabolized through the cytochrome P450 enzyme system than omeprazole and lansoprazole.
