2.1 همه شکایات مشتری باید به صورت کتبی ثبت شود، از جمله نام محصول، شماره دسته، تاریخ شکایت، روش شکایت، دلیل شکایت، اقدامات درمانی، نتایج درمان و غیره.
2.2 تجزیه و تحلیل روند شکایات مشتریان را حفظ کنید. در صورت وجود هرگونه روند نامطلوب، علل ریشه ای را شناسایی کرده و اقدامات اصلاحی مناسب را انجام دهید.
