Neionski poliakrilamid je primeren za ločevanje mešanih organskih in anorganskih suspenzij, kjer je raztopina nevtralna ali kisla. Kationski poliakrilamid je primeren za suspenzijske raztopine, ki vsebujejo organske snovi in imajo negativen naboj. Anionski poliakrilamid je primeren za večjo gostoto, anorgansko suspenzijsko snov s pozitivnim nabojem in je nevtralen ali bazičen, z debelimi delci suspenzije 1mm-10mm.
Poliakrilamid je na voljo v različnih oblikah, kot so granule, tekoča oljna emulzija, tablete in bloki. Manufacturing Process：
Poliakrilamide sintetiziramo s polimerizacijo akrilamida (C3H5NE). Akrilamid je običajno raztopljen v vodi, raztopljeni monomeri (molekule z eno enoto) pa so inducirani k polimerizaciji (povezavi med seboj v velike molekule z več enotami) z delovanjem iniciatorjev prostih radikalov.
