Το ανιονικό πολυακρυλαμίδιο είναι κατάλληλο για υψηλότερης πυκνότητας, ανόργανη ουσία εναιώρησης με θετικό φορτίο και είναι ουδέτερο ή βασικό, με παχιά σωματίδια αιωρήματος 1mm-10mm.
Το πολυακρυλαμίδιο διατίθεται σε διάφορες μορφές όπως κοκκώδες, υγρό γαλάκτωμα λαδιού, δισκία και μορφές μπλοκ. Το ξηρό πολυακρυλαμίδιο είναι ευκολότερο να αποθηκεύεται, να μεταφέρεται και να μετριέται σε αυλάκια κεφαλής και έχουν επίσης μεγαλύτερη διάρκεια ζωής από τις υγρές μορφές. Ωστόσο, οι υγρές μορφές απαιτούν λιγότερη ανάδευση για να διαλυθούν.
Manufacturing Process：
Τα πολυακρυλαμίδια συντίθενται με τον πολυμερισμό ακρυλαμιδίου (C3H5ΟΧΙ). Το ακρυλαμίδιο συνήθως διαλύεται στο νερό και τα διαλυμένα μονομερή (μόρια μιας μονάδας) διεγείρονται να πολυμεριστούν (συνδέονται μεταξύ τους για να σχηματίσουν μεγάλα μόρια πολλαπλών μονάδων) μέσω της δράσης εκκινητών ελεύθερων ριζών.
