Флокулянт PAM нерастворим в большинстве органических растворителей, обладает хорошей флокуляцией и может снизить сопротивление трения между жидкостями. По ионным характеристикам его можно разделить на четыре типа: неионный, анионный, катионный и амфотерный. Неионный полиакриламид подходит для разделения смешанных органических и неорганических суспензий, раствор которых является нейтральным или кислым. Катионный полиакриламид пригоден для суспензионных растворов, содержащих органические вещества, и имеет отрицательный заряд. Анионный полиакриламид подходит для неорганических суспензионных веществ более высокой плотности с положительным зарядом, нейтральных или основных, с толстыми частицами суспензии размером 1-10 мм.
Полиакриламид выпускается в различных формах, таких как гранулы, жидкая масляная эмульсия, таблетки и блоки. Сухой полиакриламид легче хранить, транспортировать и дозировать в кюветы, а также он имеет более длительный срок хранения, чем жидкие формы. Однако жидкие формы требуют меньшего перемешивания для растворения.
Manufacturing Process：
Полиакриламиды синтезируют полимеризацией акриламида ( C3H5НЕТ). Акриламид обычно растворяется в воде, а растворенные мономеры (однозвенные молекулы) подвергаются полимеризации (связываются вместе с образованием больших многозвенных молекул) под действием свободнорадикальных инициаторов.
