Usage:In mammals, β- Nicotinamide mononucleotides are generated by nicotinamide (Nam) under the catalysis of Nampt (a protease in vivo), and then nicotinamide mononucleotides are generated by nicotinamide mononucleotides adenosine transferase to NAD+. Nicotinamide mononucleotide is a direct way to supplement NAD+. Nicotinamide mononucleotides can significantly improve the repair ability of DNA damage in cells. Chemicalbook has finally achieved the effect of reversing aging. Nicotinamide mononucleotides will be converted into “nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD)” substances essential for energy metabolism in the body. In mouse experiments, it was confirmed that nicotinamide mononucleotide can activate a gene called acetylase in the body, so as to play a role in prolonging life and treating diabetes. NAD is a substance that can be produced by the human body. Research has confirmed that the content of NAD in the body will decrease with the increase of age.
